THE PREPARATION PROCESS OF PHOTOPOLYMER MATERIAL AND MACHINE SYSTEM WITH APPLICATION IN DLP 3D PRINTER

Innovative 3D printing technology developed by 3Dtech, under the name “MLA DLP technology”. The technology uses three proprietary inventions for which a patent application has been filed, which improves the operation of the 3D printer in terms of increasing the printing speed, increasing the printing capacity while reducing the cost of making a particular model. Innovative 3D printing technology, designed by 3Dtech, enables specialized application of 3D printing in various areas of application. Currently, the technology is applied in a specialized printer for the dental industry and the printer is already under ongoing testing in a dental clinic. The results have shown that it is possible to perform specific orthodontic procedures that have not been possible so far. The next application of the technology will be in specialized printers for the jewelry industry, specialized printers for prototyping, a line of printers for metal printing and specialized printers made according
to the needs and requirements of users where each printer will be unique.
