When you buy a new boat or overhaul a used one, all openings such as windows, after a few years, ventilation and similar passages begin to let water in and the entire contents inside the vessel are damaged. A small thing for great pleasure and safety of the vessel. The self-emptying system is a small trough permanently glued under a window or similar passage on a vessel, with a hole at the bottom of the trough and a discharge tube. Water that penetrates through the window seal or condensate on the glass surface drains into the trough and is thus emptied outside the cabin.
