System for technical and commercial monitoring of trains condition includes a complex post of integrated diagnostic control, including a distillation data concentrator. Distillation data concentrator is connected to a linear point of thermal control, facilities of early diagnostics of bearings of axle boxes. System comprises means of loading dimensions control, thermal remote monitoring of cars loading, commercial inspection of rolling stock, automated visual inspection of technical characteristics of rolling stock, laser monitoring of negative dynamics and dimensions and coupling for additional monitoring means. Server comprises a road data processing center database module designed to work with large arrays of heterogeneous data files. Software module for automation of intellectual support of decision making of system dispatcher and operators is implemented using trained neural networks.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of rolling stock operation.
