Rolled pork belly with dried blueberry

Brine the pork belly with salt, garlic and dried blueberry. Roll it and tie it with a string. Smoke it until golden brown. Put to dry. Before consumption, cook for up to 3 hours and place it in the refrigerator before cutting and serving.
