The invention uses a flexible and power propulsion device to improve the traditional lifebuoy, so that rescuers can consider the situation on the spot, select the most rapid and appropriate rescue mode, select the cylindrical and U-shaped change, quickly and accurately approach the drowning personnel, and improve the rescue efficiency. In the event of a drowning accident on the beach or on the river bank, in the past, only the arm can be thrown away for rescue.
