PHAMAC (Preservative Heathy Aromatic Mala Coating) is a coating product aimed at extending shelf life of raw meat While keeping the prominent scent of Mala cuisine. Made from four base herbs in Mala cuisine, namely Sichuan pepper, cumin, cinnamon, and star anise, each emits an aromatic scent, signifying Mala cuisine.
