The present invention provides a composite carrier with climbing and anti-skid functions suitable for solar panel cleaning and non-planar roof cleaning. The innovative design of this carrier uses four diagonally used power wheels and is arranged between the power wheels. The lifting type crawler power mechanism enables the lifting type crawler power mechanism to perform the operation of turning in situ and crossing roof tiles.
