The invention relates to the field ionizing radiation energy converters into electrical energy (electromotive force-EMF). The converter can provide direct charging for the powerful battery or capacitor in the absence of solar radiation with minimum weight and size. The isotope converter lifetime is determined by the half-life period of the radiation material, which for 63Ni is about 100 years.
