A biocompatible high-entropy metal alloy comprises yttrium-microalloyed molybdenum-niobium-tantalum-titanium-zirconium system containing 17-19 wt.% molybdenum, 17-19 wt.% niobium, 34-36 wt.% tantalum, 8.5-10 wt.% titanium, 16.5-18.5 wt.% zirconium and 0.1-0.5 wt.% yttrium. The alloy has a density of 10.5-11.3 g/cm3, liquidus temperature of 2300-2500 degrees C and a hardness average value of 850-1000 HV0.5.
