The bench for measuring the seated forward bend is an integral part of the plan and program of physical and health education, and its digitization would greatly improve the accuracy, simplicity, and speed of the measurement itself. Also, all sport clubs should have this type of bench which is very easy to transport and use, and extremely useful. Its performance is quite simple and consists of two parts, a bench and a “Knee detector”, which is necessary if we are talking about highly accurate measurements. The person on whom the measurement is performed must meet a couple of conditions for the intended measurement to begin. The knees must be pressed completely against the floor, and the feet parallel and in contact with the side of the bench. If these two conditions are met, the diodes will light up and the user will use his fingertips to move the provided surface according to his flexibility. The result will be printed on the screen and by clicking the “reset” button, the measurement will be enabled for the next person.
