An automated system for filling and closing bottles was designed and built. Automatic liquid filling machines represent an essential element of modern production, offering higher productivity and precision and achieving high quality standards in the process of packaging different types of liquids. The use of such devices is very common in the food and beverage industry, the pharmaceutical industry, the chemical industry and many others. By using advanced technology to precisely dispense liquids into containers, waste is reduced and fill levels are consistent, which is critical to maintaining product quality and meeting regulatory standards. Liquid filling devices can significantly increase production speed compared to manual filling methods, which result in low productivity and losses due to liquid spillage. The developed automated system enables the filling and closing of bottles of different volumes and can be useful in education in the field of process automation.
