This innovation consists of a small floating power plant designed to generate electricity by harnessing the natural flow of a river or stream. The device is mounted on two or three pontoon cylinders and anchored at a chosen location. Water flow drives the blades of a turbine wheel, and its rotation is transmitted via a shaft and gear mechanism to a dynamo—or electric generator. The structure includes a protective housing for the mechanical and electrical components. The device’s power output is adjusted based on the water’s speed and force at the specific site, as well as the generator’s required rotational speed. The goal of this innovation is to provide a long-lasting, site-specific method for generating electricity from renewable sources by utilizing existing river currents.
