The security system consists of an Arduino Uno microcontroller, a 4×4 keyboard, a 16×2 display, a buzzer and a photodiode. When activating the photodiode, a predefined password is entered. By entering the correct password, an accompanying message is printed on the screen. By entering an incorrect password (three attempts are possible) or after 10 seconds, the alarm is activated. The model has been upgraded with a 3D printed part for the screen made of PETG plastic.
