Reused &Reusable textile wrap is made out of waste t-shirts or waste jeans materials. It is made as a long wide scarf that wraps arround cargo that is transported on pallets. It is tied to the bottom block of pallet with rope and a cleat that makes it easy to tie and secure. Than it is wrapped arround the pallet like a classic stretch foil and on the top it is secured with another cleat and rope for secure and firm wrap. It is special because it has multiple ecological values. It uses waste materials that would otherwise end up in a landfill, repurposes them, these materials replace one time use plastic foils, by replacing them, less plastic is produced, and environment is cleaner, the awareness of polution and reusing and repurposing old materials is raised and also elderly people (retired sewing ladies) can produce this fabric because it doesn’t have to be visually perfect.
