This innovation is a programmable system for the precise control of Matrix valves and pneumatic mini-cylinders. Utilizing an Arduino microcontroller and an integrated LCD display, the system offers dual operating modes: manual control of individual valves and a programmed mode for executing complex, time-sequenced cylinder operations. The system’s dynamic operation is visually demonstrated via a ball-launching mechanism, making it a highly effective tool for classroom instruction and laboratory exercises. Beyond education, the system serves as a reliable platform for testing and simulating pneumatic circuits prior to their integration into actual industrial automation systems.
