PhysioSync is a smart rehabilitation system for knee osteoarthritis patients. Using an MPU6050 motion sensor, it connects to a mobile app for real-time feedback via colors and sounds. Machine learning tracks progress, stores data, and enables remote therapist monitoring, improving safety, motivation, and exercise outcomes. Expandable to other conditions.
