The reason behind the study of the Twin Cable-Stayed Bridge projectstems from the need to respond to various challenges currently affecting Phnom Penh and its people. The rise in traffic congestion, the rapid urban development of the Chroy Changvar area, and the demand for better connectivity through modern are key driving factors behind this iniative. Based on the concept of Smart City, the bridge project serves as the prime example of the integration of technology, architecture, and urban development policies. Its ultimate goal is to improve the quality of life for citizens and promote economic growth in the region.
