The invention refers to inorganic-organic polymer pearls based on chitosan, having a Cu (II) adsorption of 50-65 mg/g, consisting, on the one hand, of partially demineralized chitosan obtained from crustacean carcasses: shrimp, crayfish, lobsters, crabs, etc. and on the other hand from an inorganic-organic composite obtained from mesoporous titanium dioxide, which contains acrylonitrile in the pores, the concentration of this composite being 15…30% compared to chitosan.
