The peculiarity of the innovation is manifested in the preparation of aluminosilicate gel with boron ion in the structure from aqueous solutions according to the following molar ratios:
6 Na2O ~ 10SiO2 ~ 0.5 Al2O3 ~ H3BO3 ~ 240 H2O, pH 13.25
with stirring of 400 omin-1 on a magnetic stirrer at 25 °C and the composite development process. Before applying the gel, the stretched cotton fabric was subjected to a leaching process in 18% NaOH at 25 °C for 1 minute, to allow easier penetration of the gel into the structure of the cellulose material, and then impregnated with the prepared aluminosilicate gel on the foulard with a 100% draining effect. Crystallization was achieved by in situ hydrothermal synthesis in a laboratory furnace at 85 °C, 24 hours (Cel-AlSi_K) and a microwave oven at a power of 900 W, for 15 minutes with cooling every 2.5 minutes (Cel-AlSi_M). The resulting composite material is characterized by thermal and antimicrobial resistance, due to the increased active surface with adsorptivity, it is flexible and suitable for making filters.
