The purpose of this device is to measure the number of revolutions of rotating objects without mechanical support. After adjusting the frequency of the flashing lights from the stroboscope so that the examined object appears to stand still, we read the frequency displayed on the instrument and multiply it by 60 to get the number of revolutions per minute (RPM).

A distinctive feature of this device is its ease of use, as well as low production costs.
