The invention relates to the manufacturing process of 3D printed scaffold-type composite products based on biogenic hydroxyapatite powder, graphene nanoplates and polylactic acid intended for the personalized reconstruction of bone defects, with modulated physico-chemical properties by controlling the related PLA/HA/GNP ratios, including the preliminary isolation by thermal route of the hydroxyapatite from bovine bones. The porosity of the products with regular geometry is predefined in the 0 – 50% range and of those with random geometry is defined by the dimensional characteristics of the organic fibres.
