Active Screen 1 with preloaded software is installed on the top of the body of the kettlebell, just below the handle. In this way, it is protected against impact and any resulting mechanical damage. The kettlebell with the integrated screen and preinstalled software assembly allows the users to select their gender, age, body weight, and exercise difficulty level from beginner, medium to advanced.
As an additional function, it offers the possibility to choose other equipment to be used in the training protocol, like stationary bikes, dumbbells, the Orbitrek trainer, etc.
Once the software is running, this innovative solution guides the person working out using voice instructions, music, and a graphic representation of the exercise from the training protocol which is displayed on the screen installed on the kettlebell.
The number of repetitions and the speed at which the exercise is performed depend on the selected difficulty level.
