In public places, it is common to see old clothing recycling bins, which are typically checked and emptied by recycling personnel at fixed times. However, some of these bins often become full before the scheduled collection, preventing users from discarding their old clothes. This reduces the number of clothes recycled and causes clutter and dirt around the bins due to overflowing clothes. Therefore, how to enhance users’ willingness to recycle, optimize the recycling process for staff, and upgrade the functionality and appearance of recycling bins are urgent issues that need to be addressed.

The innovative value of this invention lies in the intelligent clothing recycling device, which features Internet of Things (IoT) capabilities, fixed-point tracking of the recycling bin, clothing scanning and classification, IC card point collection functionality, an internal transport box, and a matching transport cart. Compared to traditional single-function recycling bins, this device offers multi-functionality. The intelligent clothing recycling device is equipped with an internal transport box and a cart, which reduces the need for recycling personnel to directly handle old clothes, avoiding contact with any dirt on the clothing. By pulling the transport box out with the cart, the process becomes quicker, cleaner, and more sanitary, thus improving transport efficiency.
