Liquid-cooled servers are immersed in non-conductive high-temperature oily liquid for a long time, and the internal PVC wires will gradually dissolve in the high-temperature oil due to high-temperature oil. Local abnormal temperatures will greatly reduce the life of the PVC layer and cause damage. The aluminum oxide ceramic layer is used to replace the PVC layer. Its oil resistance is improved by more than 100 times. It can replace the PVC wire in the liquid-cooled server and improve the service life and stability.
