A robotic system for extinguishing fires with water was designed and built. Water is supplied by connecting to a naval vehicle or tanker truck. Smaller dimensions allow it to be used in closed spaces. The robot has the ability to test and determine the concentration of individual gases in a closed space. The system also contains a camera that enables remote control of the system via the network, and contains an infrared sensor that can be used to detect where the temperature is highest in the room. The undercarriage is made with tracks that allow the robot to move on stairs and steep terrain. The use of a robotic fire extinguishing system significantly reduces the exposure of firefighters to potentially dangerous situations. The developed robotic system can perform the tasks of immediate fire extinguishing, but it can also be used to assess and locate fires, monitor the spread of fires, and identify people threatened by fires.
