Community-acquired pneumonia is a reason for numerous children’s deaths among the world annually. Thus, it was crucial to determine the etiological profile of the purulent-destructive complications, for which the most frequent reasons are: polymicrobial associations, the main pathogens are S. aureus and gram-negative microorganisms from the group of glucose non-fermenters.
