This prototype shows a model of an electric turbine drive made using 3D printing technology. The project combines the intake of a duct fan and an impeller, while the exhaust uses the aerodynamic shape of the drive turbine. The special feature of this prototype is the increased thrust compared to ordinary turbine fans due to the shape of the nozzle, which provides a minimal increase in air resistance (Cd) with a significant increase in thrust. Such a turbine can be used to power fixed-wing drones.
