Compatibility and flexibility Remote diagnostics of power systems are the key attributes that define this measurement system, conceived and developed as part of a scientific research project. Designed to connect to various types of engines, from world-renowned manufacturers (such as Caterpillar, MTU, Volvo, MAN, Wartsila and others), making the device a universal measuring instrument in marine and industrial applications. This adaptability goes beyond engine compatibility alone. The modular architecture, including Ethernet and CAN Bus communication cards, ensures compliance with new industry standards and future upgrades. The system integrates high-frequency cylinder pressure data collection with the transmission of relevant operating parameters via Wi-Fi and GSM connections, enabling remote monitoring and rapid data exchange. Real-time monitoring, comprehensive acquisition and advanced analytics allow engineers, researchers and operators to reliably assess the current state of the drive, detect anomalies early and optimize performance, reduce consumption and emissions. Thus, the Remote Power System Diagnostics Device directly contributes to increasing efficiency, reducing downtime, and achieving operational excellence in demanding environments.
