DESIGNING AND MANUFACTURING OF A SOLIDLY MOLDED CANTILEVER OF THE F-1-B CLASS.

I present to your attention the F-1-B wing console developed and designed by me. The innovative idea is that I have developed a molding technology that allows you to get strong lightweight parts for aircraft models. Using this technology, I built a three-panel console with a radial conjugation. This technology has reduced the weight of the wing console without losing important aerodynamic characteristics and without loss of strength, which allows you to reduce the weight of the wing and shift the center of mass of the aircraft to its centerline, which improves flight performance. The practical value of the research results is that this technology can be used not only to build sports aircraft models, but also to manufacture light propellers for small aircraft and drones.
