This innovation introduces a revolutionary approach to water management in the textile industry and enables a closed water cycle through multi-stage wastewater reuse. A hybrid system of ultrafiltration (UF), nanofiltration (NF), and reverse osmosis (RO) system enables maximum water reuse: the NF permeate is used for dyeing, bleaching, and washing, the RO permeate is used for boilers, while the concentrate (concentrated 35-50%) mixed with drinking water is used for the irrigating of salt-tolerantagriculture crops .

The system enables water recovery of 95%, reducing drinking water consumption by up to 20 times – from 0.06-0.40 m³ to just 0.003-0.020 m³ per kg of textile. With an annual production of 10,000 tons of textiles, drinking water consumption is reduced from 600,000-4,000,000 m³ to just 30,000-200,000 m³.

This innovative model achieves Zero Liquid Discharge, significantly reducing environmental impact and operating costs and leading the industry towards sustainable and circular production. As a scalable and market-ready solution, it sets new standards for resource efficiency and water savings in textile production.
