A campus safety management system includes a sensing chip, a sensor and a processor. A sensing chip is embedded in the student’s clothing, wherein the sensing chip has a code corresponding to the student. The sensor is installed at a specific location on the campus. When the sensing chip passes through the specific location on the campus, the sensor generates a sensing signal instantly by sensing the sensing chip. The processor has a database for storing the identity data of the students corresponding to the above codes, wherein the processor receives the sensing signal transmitted by the sensor to determine whether the current state of the student is normal or abnormal.
