The main purpose of this creation is to provide an adjustable pillow structure, especially an adjustable pillow structure that can adjust the height of the pillow through sensing and judging the sleeping posture. Another object of the present invention is to provide an adjustable pillow structure that can adjust the height of the pillow by judging the sleeping posture through the three-axis acceleration sensor.
