A hybrid cryptographically secure pseudorandom number generator

A new type of a cryptographically secure pseudorandom number generator, which euthanizes multiple types of psedorandom number generators for added security. Various variations of pseudorandom number generators can be utilized by changing the types of psedorandom number generators. The created generator produces statistically random output.
