The purpose of this innovation is the valorization of by-products from the food and agricultural industries: pineapple peels and crowns, and sweet potato peels. Both by-products are rich in bioactive compounds with significant antioxidant potential, which form the basis of this sustainable dermatopharmaceutical product. During pineapple processing, approximately 50% of the mass constitutes waste, representing an underutilized resource and an opportunity for valorization. The application of advanced green technologies—ultrasonic extraction and spray drying—enables the efficient extraction, preservation, and stabilization of phenolic compounds using an eco-friendly solvent (ethanol). Spectrophotometric analysis confirmed a high total phenolic content (TPC) and a potent antioxidant profile in the obtained extracts. By incorporating these extracts into a cream, an innovative cosmetic product was developed for the care of damaged skin, offering potential anti-aging and anti-inflammatory effects, as well as an occlusive action on the skin barrier. The cream is produced according to circular economy principles, as it repurposes food and agricultural waste into a functional, high-value-added product, representing a sustainable solution in the field of green dermatopharmacy.
