Hydraulic recumbent policeman (power plant)

A policeman who, when a vehicle passes over him, enters the ground and pushes water into a hydrogen generator that produces electricity. After the vehicle passes, springs under the policeman return him to his original position. This invention allows us to recover some of the energy that was invested in fossil fuels used to move, for example, cars and convert them back into usable electricity.
