Study on the Chemical Components and Anticancer Cytotoxicity of Cryptocarya concinna Hance

The invention provides a chemical extraction and isolation approach for identifying bioactive compounds from Cryptocarya concinna Hance leaves. Seven compounds were isolated, including lysicamine and O-methylmoschatoline. These oxoaporphine alkaloids demonstrated promising cytotoxicity against KB, HepG2, and A-549 cancer cells, with IC₅₀ values of 23.7–36.9 μM.
