Most supermarkets in Cambodia often staff operated checkout kiosks to process customer payments which lead to time consuming, long wait and inconvenience to customers. Furthermore, payment methods in Cambodia are a mix of cash, card and digital options, creating additional complexity. Therefore, our team created a project which is called “Supermarket Self Payment for General Grocery ” to streamline checkouts and enhance customer convenience through technology.
