OPG PICEK uses old recipes dating back to the Middle Ages, and our “Mirabella” fruit spread was created in this way. Cherry plums, blackberries, Slavonian white plums (bjelice or ceričanke), Petrovka apples, and various blackberries were used to make spreads. The fruit is unsprayed, so we also use fruit covers and the peel of Petrovka apples, plums and unsprayed blackberries for an intense smell. In this way, our Mirabella spread combines exceptional taste and intense fruit smell.

The result is an intensive aroma and taste of fruit and a healthy product. After opening, the product must be used quickly.

This fruit combination can be consumed with 95% of cheeses, so it is also interesting for gourmets and winemakers. Fruit spread, due to its small amount of sugar, of natural cultivation is particularly good for children, and vegans because gelatine is not added to the spread.

The analysis was done three years ago and for the shelf life we renewed testing 2 years later in order to prove the shelf life. The results of the analysis are fine.
