This innovation for separating sludge from the water offers several advantages over conventional industrial wastewater sludge management methods. This screw sludge press maintains a continuous solid particle separation process from wastewater. It is also suitable for industries with large loads of wastewater (e.g., meat industry, dairies, paper industry, etc.) Most parts are made of polypropylene or polyethylene, which makes them resistant to aggressive chemicals. The device is fully automated and is almost silent. Available in various sizes for specific load capacities.
