We developed technology of oxide nanostructures for photovoltaic applications, including novel three-dimensional transparent electrodes (as a combination of ZnO nanorods and ZnO layers obtained by the ALD), anti-reflective layers to reduce light reflection, and innovative technology of CuO layers (as alternative layers to CdTe) using a very cheap hydrothermal method.
