The subject of the invention is a method and device for the production of new products from waste polymer materials derived from recycling – filled in the range from 50 to 70% with additives of mineral and organic origin. The essence of the method and the device used for waste polymer materials production is that it consists of a cylinder with a screw placed inside it in a vertical configuration. There are containers connected to the cylinder which supply waste material and mineral filler. The outer surface of the cylinder has thermal heaters. Undergoing process is in the temperature ranging 180-250 oC. The invention makes it possible with the help of invented method and dedicated device, to obtain new original material compositions using the thermal mixing process, giving a “second life” to waste from polymer materials. While significantly decreasing the amount of waste in the environment increases various ecological indicators. New products have a higher strength than those made of standard polymer materials, which are similar to the characteristics of concrete materials, creating a perfect substitution for concrete materials.
