Kefinulin spread is produced by the mechanical-technological process of separating whey from kefir, traditional fermented milk that is made with the help of kefir grains.

Kefir grains, by composition, are mixtures of proteins, amino acids, lipids and soluble polysaccharides, and contain a symbiosis between lactic acid bacteria, acetobacteria and yeast strains.

Not everybody likes the taste of kefir, so it is easier to consume it in the form of spreads with additives (garlic and chives, hot red peppers powder, chia seeds).

Inulin, which is a prebiotic and has a positive effect on the intestinal microbiota, is added to the spread.

The product is made from kefir which has been proven to act as a natural antibiotic, reduces inflammatory diseases, treats intestinal diseases such as IBS (irritable bowel syndrome), intestinal permeability syndrome, strengthens the immune system, lowers blood sugar and high fats, prevents the development of colon tumors , reduces the symptoms of urogenital and vaginal infections, and Helicobacter pylori gastric infections.

Due to the ingredients from which Kefinulin spread is made, it has the potential to have a beneficial effect on human health.
