The subject of the invention is a carp deheading machine with circular cut, which is an innovation in relation to known solutions. Another innovative solution is the use of a cylinder deheading knife. Due to its modular design, the knife does not require sharpening, but only the replacement of an inexpensive blade – the cutting band, if necessary. Another innovation is the laser pointer used in the machine, which allows for precise positioning of the fish in relation to the deheading knife.
