FIKLE is a version of an old, national HR delicacy called Šnenokle.
The nutritional properties of FIKLE have a beneficial effect on people with chronic pancreatitis and celiac disease.
They are a healthy delicacy for children, athletes and people that deal with strong physical and mental efforts. Low levels of purines are suitable for gout sufferers.
Ingredients of FIKLE: eggs, lactose-free milk, corn starch, honey, a mixture of homemade fig, pear, apple and lemon jam; dark chocolate, rice, pseudocereal buckwheat, vanilla.
FIKLE is rich in nutrients: proteins, fats, lutein, albumins, omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, globulin, dietary fiber.
Choline and lecithin reduce the risk of heart attack and stroke.
The dessert is rich in vitamins: beta-carotene (provitamin A), all vitamins of the B group, including the irreplaceable vitamin B12 (from eggs and milk), D, E, PP, which participate in blood clotting.
The mentioned nutrients have a favorable effect on the development of nerve cells and the development of muscle mass during exercise. They create physical energy. They improve eye, skin, hair, and nail health. They are an integral part of bone tissue.
