In the modern era, lumbar disc herniation has become a prevalent health issue, impacting the quality of life for millions of individuals worldwide. This necessitates a critical need for effective exercise support methods to aid lumbar disc herniation patients in their recovery and overall well-being.

This research focuses on the development and investigation of specialized exercise support devices for lumbar disc herniation patients. We propose a multifunctional system that integrates advanced technologies such as sensors, artificial intelligence, and intelligent control systems to create a safe and efficient training environment. This assists patients in engaging in high-quality exercise routines, improving disc stability, and reducing the risk of herniation recurrence.

This study signifies not only advancements in the fields of healthcare and technology but also contributes to enhancing the quality of life for individuals affected by this condition. We hope that the outcomes of this research will make significant contributions to the medical community and represent a crucial step forward in the management and treatment of lumbar disc herniation.
