The implementation of corrosion monitoring is significant in oil and gas industry because the process equipment used in oil production process, during refining and in transport and storage systems is mainly made of steel.  Process equipment is susceptible to corrosion because it is very often exposed to the action of various corrosive agents, especially water, which cause electrochemical corrosivity. The innovative proposal refers to the construction of my own apparatus and the development of the modified method in the testing of accelerated corrosivity. The advantage of constructing personal apparatus in the testing corrosivity on steel in relation to commercially available ones primarily relates to economic profitability, the opportunity for testing different types of motor fuels, biofuels and other alternative fuels and to the speed, simplicity and safety of testing. The implementation of this innovative proposal will certainly affect the further improvement of the quality of services and the efficiency of our business performance. This will allow for increased competitiveness and better market positioning which will ultimately affect the profitability of the entire company.
