The purpose of the research is to obtain selenium nanoparticles, cadmium selenide quantum dots by means of biological synthesis, a complex drug, to test its toxicity to microorganisms, to stain epithelial cells with QD. Selenium nanoparticles were firstly synthesized using Bacillus thuringiensis. Bacteria do not become resistant to the drug.
