The newest jam is “Aurelia” made from elderberries, pears and apples, and it has a delicate taste with a Christmas “touch”.
We created the “AURELIA” set for the first time last year and introduced dandelion tea.
All products are made from fruits, vegetables and herbs from our PERMACULTURE garden, without preservatives, there are no chemicals in the garden or in production. Our syrups have only 10-15% sugar, partially cold-processed. They can also be used as a spice in tea, desserts and even in main dishes. The newest jam is “Aurelia” made from elderberries, pears and apples, and our always popular dandelion set.
