Apitherapy is an innovative approach in the use of bee products, one of which is the use of bee products and apiinhalation.
I have placed three bee colonies in the apichamber, which I inspect at least once a week to determine the state of health and cleanliness of the hive itself. Each hive is equipped with basic equipment for conducting apiinhalations. When using additional equipment such as a fan, which regulates the supply of air from the hive to the user, the inhalation itself takes 20 – 30 minutes. Personally I do not use this technology for api-inhalations because patients who come for api-inhalations have breathing problems and often cannot inhale the amount of air that the ventilator delivers to the respiratory system. I perform apiinhalations by combining inhalations based on pure propolis, depending on the user’s complaints. With this approach, apiinhalation lasts up to 45 minutes. Inhalation of aerosols or volatile compounds of honey, propolis, wax, royal jelly, pollen and bee pheromones takes place in the apiinhalation process, which is carried out in the season when bees bring nectar and pollen into the hive (from March to October). Given that in the period from October to March, various viral infections of the respiratory tract are seasonally available, in which inhalation with propolis and honey relieves the symptoms and significantly shortens the duration of cold symptoms, etc.
The air temperature that users inhale from the hive is constant at 36 degrees.
